Financial Control and Reporting

• Preparing and consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.

• Keeping the Budget, Projection, and Cost Dashboards up-to-date for the Managing Partner.

• Cross-checking income and expense statements and financial records.

• At least 5–10 years of finance experience; direct involvement with AP/AR, bank operations, reporting, and treasury processes.

• Strong command of fundamental accounting and tax principles, financial reporting, and journal entry discipline.

• Familiarity with multi-company and multi-currency operations is a plus.

• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with data structuring, reporting, and cross-system reconciliation.

• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).

• Structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined in daily execution.

• Both managing and implementing; able to work comfortably in a lean and ownership-oriented finance team.
