Apesan is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of custom-fit TPE automotive floor mats. We design and produce high-quality TPE mats for global customers — from aftermarket distributors to OEMs and e-commerce consumers.

We're a fast-growing, family-owned manufacturing company with a practical, hands-on culture. Our team includes 10+ white-collar and 50+ total employees, with our production base in Türkiye and an expanding operational and legal presence across the EU and the US.

As we scale our global operations, we're looking for a dependable, organized, and execution-oriented colleague to work directly with the Managing Partner and keep company priorities moving forward every day.


RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Manage and optimize the Managing Partner's calendar, priorities, and follow-ups; supporttravel planning and meeting logistics.

•  Keep priority business and project boards up to date in Asana and Google Workspace; prepare a weekly dashboard for the Managing Partner coveringKPIs, decision points, ongoing crises, and open items.

•  Follow up daily on priority actions and commitments assigned to the Managing Partner's direct reports across Finance & Administrative, Supply Chain & Planning, Production & Engineering, Product & Marketing, Sales, Quality & HSE, and Data & IT; ensure closure, escalation, and cross-team alignment.

•  Identify missing, unclear, or delayed tasks from internal communications and proactively structure, assign, and schedule them in Asana.

•  Coordinate day-to-day communication between internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, service providers, partners, country-level contacts).

•  Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding coordination for roles reporting directly to the Managing Partner— job post coordination, candidate scheduling, interview follow-ups, onboarding checklists, and first-month task structuring, in coordination with HR and relevant department leads.

•  Monitor cross-department workload distribution, execution bottlenecks, and progress against defined priorities and OKRs.

•  Support workflow improvements, basic process structuring, and internal documentation where execution gaps appear.

•  Own and coordinate corporate communication workflows and projects — corporate website, company presentations, internal announcements, and corporate events — with internal teams and external service providers.

•  Act as an operational support point for the Managing Partner by filtering, structuring, and progressing incoming questions, decisions, and operational requests.

•  Handle ad-hoc operational needs: reporting, meeting notes, action tracking, and document preparation.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

•  2–10 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, management support/consultancy, or similar execution-focused roles.

•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior managers and cross-functional, multi-country teams.

•  Fluent professional English (written and spoken).

•  Strong working knowledge of Excel; able to structure and track operational data.

•  Comfortable with Asana, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration platforms.

•  Highly organized, structured, and disciplined in daily follow-up and task ownership.

•  Calm, discreet, and reliable under pressure; able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.

•  Strong sense of business urgency and a practical execution mindset.

Conditions and Opportunities

•  Net monthly salary: up to 100.000 TL (based on qualifications and experience)

•  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30 (on-site, 5 days)

•  Location: İkitelli OSB, Başakşehir / Istanbul (10-minute walk from metro, no service bus)
