Apesan is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of vehicle-specific automotive floor mats.
Our company, which designs, develops, and manufactures TPE automotive floor mats in its own facilities, serves global customers in B2B aftermarket, OEM, and e-commerce channels.
We have a practical, field-oriented, and development-focused work culture. As we expand our production operations, we are looking for a Production Engineer who is a recent graduate or has 0-2 years of experience and can work in shifts.
The Production Engineer supports Production Management in monitoring, recording, and reporting production operations in their assigned shifts, and ensuring occupational safety and productivity controls.
Control and Reporting
Monitoring production areas through periodic patrols to ensure safety, quality, continuity, and efficiency
Collecting and entering hourly production, efficiency, and quality data into the system
Checking and reporting completed work orders
Preparing daily shift production reports
Operational Responsibilities
Executing shift handover processes
Performing workplace opening and closing checks during responsible shifts
Monitoring the implementation of work within the production plan in the field
Taking necessary corrective and improvement actions for disruptions that occur during production
Administrative Processes
Supporting the monitoring of shift personnel's working hours and performance
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety rules
Monitoring shift meal and cleaning organization
Monitoring the adaptation processes of new personnel
Technical Processes
Monitoring the compliance of machine and process settings with instructions
Recording malfunctions and tracking the resolution process
Providing support to production approval processes in new mold and product trials
Logistics and Inventory
Monitoring the availability of raw materials, molds, packaging, and labels necessary for production on-site
Providing support for production stock entry and exit records
Qualifications We Are Looking For
Graduates of Engineering departments of universities (New graduates or 0-2 years of experience)
Suitable for shift work
Able to take an active role in the field, strong communication skills
Technical aptitude, not hesitant to work with machines, equipment, and processes in the field
Practical ability to perform simple mechanical adjustments, interventions, and checks
Basic computer and reporting skills
Open to learning, not afraid to take responsibility
Conditions and Opportunities
Working days and hours:
Standard: Monday – Saturday 07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 shifts
During peak periods: 1 or 2 weeks per month, 23:00 - 07:00 night shift option
Location: Istanbul – Başakşehir / İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 TL net
Transportation: No shuttle service is provided. The office is within walking distance of the metro station. A monthly transportation allowance of 3,298 TL is provided, and this amount is updated in line with the IETT Blue Card subscription fare.
Benefits: Full Social Security, lunch, Private Supplementary Health Insurance starting from the 3rd month
Contract: 6 + 6 month Fixed-Term Employment Contract. Promotion to permanent position based on performance after 1 year.
