Apesan is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of vehicle-specific TPE floor mat solutions; serving B2B aftermarket customers, OEMs, and growing e-commerce channels.
We are a rapidly growing, family-owned manufacturing company with a practical and field-oriented culture. We have 10+ white-collar employees and over 50 employees in total. Our manufacturing center is located in Türkiye; we are rapidly expanding our operational and legal presence in the EU and the USA.
With our strong manufacturing base in Türkiye and expanding international operations, we are looking for a Sales and Customer Operations Specialist to strengthen daily customer execution and interdepartmental coordination.
This is not a management position — but it is responsible for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. It is a practical, coordinating role focusing on execution, follow-up, and operational discipline across sales, production, logistics, and customer communication.
To be the main coordination point between customers and internal units (Product-Marketing, Supply Chain-Planning, Supply Chain-Logistics, Production).
To manage customer orders, approvals, revisions, and delivery tracking.
To monitor order status, lead times, and shipping schedules; to proactively communicate risks and delays.
To manage customer requests regarding orders, products, documentation, and deliveries.
To support export and domestic sales operations with operational tracking.
To own (not execute) the B2C customer communication process on digital channels: to define and ensure the quality of response standards, response times, escalation rules, and coverage patterns on Instagram, WhatsApp, marketplaces, and email channels. To personally handle B2B lead requests from digital channels and trade show forms: to respond to, qualify, and direct incoming requests to the O2C process. Ensuring accurate data entry and updates for Sales Quotations and Sales Orders in ERP systems (SAP Business One or similar).
Supporting the preparation of commercial documents (order quotations, approvals, proforma invoices).
Maintaining structured communication records and operational checklists.
Supporting continuous improvement in customer-facing operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or similar).
Good written and spoken English (essential for international customer communication).
2–8 years of work experience in customer operations, sales support, order management, or operational coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and track them without requiring constant supervision.
Proficiency in working with Excel-based tools.
Qualifications We Are Looking For
Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.
Experience in export operations.

Rights
Monthly net salary: 60,000-75,000 TL
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30 (5 days a week, in the office)
Location: İkitelli OSB, Başakşehir / Istanbul (10 min from metro, no shuttle service)
