Job Description
Our company, which manufactures for Europe in the automotive industry, will be hiring Production & Packaging Operator on a 6-month contract to work in production and storage areas, responsible for various packaging, palletizing, transportation, organization, production, support, and cleaning tasks, and to be trained for more competent production and logistics positions.
Candidates should be able to perform standing physical work in production and warehouse areas, and work in three-shift (7-15 / 15-23 / 23-7) and two-shift (7-15 / 15-23) positions. or able to work in shifts of 7-19 / 19-7 during peak periods
Qualifications We Are Looking For
Able to carefully, systematically and disciplinedly perform tasks such as picking, punching, deburring, transferring, assembling, packaging, palletizing, cutting, handling, spreading and similar tasks in the production and packaging lines during the serial flow,
Strong manual dexterity,
Preferably with technical knowledge,
Able to maintain the cleanliness and order of machinery, equipment and common areas,
Able to do general work,
Compatible with teamwork, no communication problems,
Able to comply with working hours and occupational safety rules,
Willing to improve oneself, take responsibility and acquire a profession.
Conditions and Opportunities
Location: Başakşehir / İkitelli OSB (We don't have a shuttle service. We are close to the metro station.)
Working Hours: 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday, 2 or 3 shifts (07:00-15:00/15:00-23:00/23:00-07:00)
Days off: Sunday
Peak Working Hours: 2 shifts per week (07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00)
The workplace may change all working hours, overtime, shifts and days off weekly depending on the order situation.
Rights
Entry Salary: 42,000 TL
Net Salary after 60-day trial period: 45,000 TL
+3628 TL Monthly Transportation Allowance
Meals + Full Social Security
If a permanent position becomes available after 6 months, the contract period may be extended based on performance and revised according to current salaries, and additional benefits may be added: Private Supplementary Health Insurance
