MATERIAL STRUCTURE AND PRODUCTION APPROACH
Textile floor mats represent the first product category in Apesan’s manufacturing journey. In recent years, we revisited our roots to further explore the versatility of textile materials and develop project based flooring solutions that combine both economic and premium segment expectations.
Our production processes utilize EU-origin PP, PET, and PA raw materials, while different fiber weight options ranging from 300 gr/m² to 900 gr/m² allow flexible product development for various vehicle segments.
DURABILITY AND DESIGN DIVERSITY
Different backing structures and edge binding applications help improve product durability while supporting a cleaner and more refined interior appearance. Textile floor mats continue to stand out as solutions combining comfort, aesthetics, and long-term usability for modern automotive interiors.
