Job Description
Apesan is one of Europe's largest manufacturers of automotive floor mats. We are hiring Internal Logistics/Warehouse Employee with Forklift Operator Certificates to work in our expanding Production and Storage facilities.
Qualifications We Are Looking For
Candidates must have a Forklift License/Certificate,
Be proficient in using forklifts and stacking machines,
Be able to work overtime when necessary,
Have high digital literacy and be very good at using handheld terminals and computers,
Preferably have prior experience using handheld terminals and warehouse management systems,
Be able to handle materials,
Have at least 5+ years of operational work experience in warehouse and logistics fields,
Preferably have at least a high school diploma,
Be able to handle molds for production,
Be able to follow plans and prepare reports,
Be disciplined, organized, and attentive,
Be able to improve themselves and take responsibility,
Be compatible with teamwork,
Be able to comply with occupational safety rules,
Be able to work overtime when necessary.
Conditions and Opportunities
Collecting domestic and international single and pallet-based orders arriving at the warehouse they are responsible for, preparing them for shipment by performing necessary packaging and palletizing, and handling related reservation processes,
Performing the necessary raw material, packaging, and mold collection, preparation, and feeding operations for the production warehouses they are responsible for,
Loading or delivering shipment materials to vehicles or cargo companies or delivering them to the relevant warehouse after stock release according to logistics plans,
Receiving palletized and unpalletized materials and performing stock operations after counting and weighing,
Receiving, checking, processing, and distributing incoming shipments to the necessary shelves and units,
Performing physical handling of raw materials, finished products, and molds,
Recording and placing materials arriving at the warehouse they are responsible for to the planned shelf addresses and storing them,
Ensuring the necessary pallet-shelf circulation in the storage areas, making area arrangements, and keeping the area tidy,
Maintaining the stocks of the warehouses they are responsible for accurately and up-to-date with regular stock counts,
Monitoring the maintenance and repair work of the common and individual equipment they are responsible for,
Providing support for all necessary logistics, palletizing, and packaging operations.

Location: Başakşehir / İkitelli OSB
Working Hours: 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday, double shift, 07:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00
Days off: Sunday
The workplace reserves the right to change all working hours, overtime, shifts, and days off weekly depending on order volume.
Benefits:
Net salary range: 46,000 TL - 50,000 TL
+3628 TL Monthly Transportation Allowance + Full Social Security + Meals + Allianz Private Supplementary Health Insurance starting from the 3rd month + Holiday and Birthday Bonuses + 5 days of excused leave per year
