As we expand our global operations, we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and execution-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to work directly with the Managing Partner and help keep company priorities moving forward on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
Keep all priority business and project boards up to date in Asana and Google Workspace; prepare clear weekly execution and status summaries for the Managing Partner.
Follow up daily on priority actions and commitments assigned to the Managing Partner’s direct reports; ensure closure, escalation, and alignment across teams.
Identify missing, unclear, or delayed tasks from internal communications and proactively structure, assign, and schedule them in Asana.
Coordinate day-to-day communication and follow-ups between internal teams (Finance & Administrative, Supply Chain & Planning, Production & Engineering, Product & Marketing, Sales) and external stakeholders (consultants, service providers, partners).
Own and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for roles reporting directly to the Managing Partner, including job post coordination, candidate scheduling, interview follow-ups, onboarding checklists, and first-month task structuring in coordination with HR and relevant department leads.
Monitor cross-department workload distribution, execution bottlenecks, and progress against defined priorities and OKRs.
Support workflow improvements, basic process structuring, and internal documentation where execution gaps are identified.
Own and coordinate corporate communication–related workflows and projects, including but not limited to the corporate website, company presentations, internal announcements, and corporate events, by working with internal teams and external service providers.
Act as an operational support point for the Managing Partner by helping filter, structure, and progress incoming questions, decisions, and operational requests.
Handle ad-hoc operational needs such as reporting, meeting notes, action tracking, and document preparation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, management support, or similar execution-focused roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
Strong working knowledge of Excel; able to structure and track operational data.
Comfortable working with tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration platforms.
Highly organized, structured, and disciplined in daily follow-up and task ownership.
Calm, discreet, and reliable under pressure; able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Strong sense of business urgency and a practical execution mindset.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30 (on-site, 5 days)
Location: İkitelli OSB, Başakşehir / Istanbul (10-minute walk from metro)
