Job Description

Apesan is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of automotive floor mat solutions, serving B2B aftermarket customers, OEMs, and growing e-commerce channels. With a strong production base in Türkiye and expanding international operations, we are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to strengthen day-to-day customer execution and internal coordination.


This role is not a managerial position. It is a hands-on coordination role focused on execution, follow-up, and operational discipline across sales, production, logistics, and customer communication.



Qualifications We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main coordination point between customers and internal teams (Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics).

  • Manage customer orders, confirmations, revisions, and delivery follow-ups.

  • Track order status, lead times, and shipment schedules; proactively flag risks or delays.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, products, documentation, and deliveries.

  • Support export and domestic sales operations with operational follow-up.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and updates in ERP systems (SAP Business One or similar).

  • Assist in preparing commercial documents (order confirmations, invoices, packing lists, basic export docs).

  • Maintain structured communication records and operational checklists.

  • Support continuous improvement in customer-facing operational workflows.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or similar).

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer operations, sales support, order management, or operational coordination.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through without constant supervision.

  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel-based tracking tools.

  • Good written and verbal English (international customer communication is essential).

  • Clear, structured communicator who can coordinate across departments.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.

  • Exposure to export operations or international B2B customers.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or supply-chain workflows.

Conditions and Opportunities

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30 (5 days at office)

  • Location: İkitelli OSB, Başakşehir / İstanbul (10 mins to subway, no employee bus)

  • Benefits: Competitive salary + lunch + transport benefit + full SGK + private complimentary health insurance after 3rd month

  • Contract: 1 year- can be converted into permanent contract upon mutual agreement
